Guests using another currency may see a different amount depending on the exchange rate applied by their bank or payment provider.

Rare Paris Tour is not responsible for any currency conversion differences or fees applied by financial institutions.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Rare Paris Tour does not store or control payment information and cannot be held responsible for technical issues originating from these payment systems.

By completing a payment, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Children Policy

Children under 12 years old benefit from a reduced rate.

This special pricing is exclusively reserved for children under 12. All minors must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the experience.

In case of an incorrect ticket selection, we reserve the right to request a price adjustment prior to the tour.

We recommend reviewing your booking details carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before your experience.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.

In such cases, Rare Paris Tour may retain a €20 administrative fee per booking.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

Guests may request to reschedule their booking, subject to availability.

Rare Paris Tour reserves the right to apply a rescheduling fee depending on the number of guests and the nature of the booking.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the tour may not be accepted.

Rare Paris Tour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour if the minimum number of participants required to operate the experience is not met.

In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Weather Policy

Rare Paris Tour experiences operate in all weather conditions.

Guests are advised to dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Tours will only be cancelled in exceptional circumstances where safety cannot be reasonably ensured.

Accessibility & Physical Requirements

Rare Paris Tour experiences are walking tours that take place in public areas of Paris and may include uneven surfaces, hills, stairs, and standing periods.

Guests should ensure that they are physically able to comfortably participate in a walking experience lasting several hours.

Some tour routes, particularly in areas such as Montmartre, may not be suitable for strollers or certain mobility equipment.

Guests requiring special accommodations are encouraged to contact Rare Paris Tour in advance.

Private tours may allow certain adjustments depending on availability and circumstances.

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

Rare Paris Tour experiences include food tastings that may contain common allergens including but not limited to gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, and other ingredients.

Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies must inform Rare Paris Tour prior to the tour.

While we do our best to accommodate certain dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that all tastings will be suitable for every guest.

Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should carefully consider whether participation in a food tasting experience is appropriate.

Rare Paris Tour cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Guests are responsible for carrying any necessary medication required to manage their condition.

If a severe allergy is disclosed on the day of the tour and cannot be safely accommodated, the guest may still participate in the walking tour but may be asked to refrain from certain tastings.

In such cases, Rare Paris Tour may offer a partial refund at its discretion, minus an administrative fee.

Liability

Participation in Rare Paris Tour experiences is voluntary and guests participate at their own risk.

Rare Paris Tour shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that may occur during or as a result of participation in the tour, except where required by applicable law.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times during the experience.

Rare Paris Tour experiences take place in public areas of the city and the company cannot control traffic conditions, public environments, or third-party activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rare Paris Tour's liability for any claim related to the tour experience shall be limited to the total amount paid by the guest for the booking.

Behavior Policy

Rare Paris Tour reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest from the experience if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to other participants, partners, or guides.

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Guests are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance prior to participating in any Rare Paris Tour experience.

Travel insurance may cover unexpected circumstances such as travel delays, illness, cancellations, or other unforeseen events affecting participation.

During the experience, photographs may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.

Guests who prefer not to appear in photographs may inform the guide at the beginning of the tour.

These circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Rare Paris Tour.

In such cases Rare Paris Tour reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a tour.
